Changing of the Guards part two…Parliament, Athens

Posted in Men by Anne Bernecker on 25 May, 2010

Another day and the guards are wearing their summer/good weather Uniform. I find it so inspiring to have a military uniform which is based on ancient Greek costumes, tradition and a sense of lightheartedness rather then a sense of power or intimidation. I mean these guards and their changing procedures just make me smile!

Hello with out trying to be a smart as, I would like to suggest you to research a bit more the origin of those uniforms. You will find out that nothing have to do with ancient Greece., but most likely with neighborhood country Albania.
