This is Kei Kobayashi from Japan who studies Graphic design at Central Saint Martins. I love how she unites the nations by wearing a vintage skirt from the Hmong people, some good old Cowboy boots, a newly purchased Necklace from Spitalfields Market and a cute metal mesh bag from I don’t know I am afraid.     That’s an ethnic Hmong skirt. It’s not from Nepal and it is not a Nepalese skirt at all. I’m Hmong and that is a traditional ethnic Hmong skirt.
