Italian Memories…Verona, Italy
I have been to Verona once before, when I was sixteen years old, but I had no memory of it being so hauntingly beautiful. Apparently the last time around I was more interested in checking out all Benetton stores in the city ;)
Luckily I have moved on and this time really could take the city in. Those colours, each building, the little alleyways, the history to it all, the beautiful Aqua Green Edge river, the heat and yes of course the delicious and fresh food too made it all an amazing weekend trip. And did I mention seeing Placido Domingo life in the Arena die Verona….
